Time Dollars and win-win accounting

Win-win accounting starts with the lowly volunteer hour. It's recorded in the book, a credit to the volunteer. A debit to the agency? No, a credit to the agency. They both contributed.

There are other kinds of win-win credits, such as academic credits, personal credit, play money, (including funny money) and, of great economic potential, information currency. Maybe the win-win economy is the economy of the future.

But we come back to the volunteer hour as the only win-win credit with a fixed value we can measure. We come back to the nonprofits as the guarantors and bankers for such credits.
