IN FUNNY WORLD WE PAY TO WORK

We may even pay in advance. If we give out $100 bills good for an hour of service, we don't want to earn them back. We want to earn the other person's money. They get to keep ours. So we've paid them in advance to give us an opportunity to earn.

Work equals play in the funny economy. No difference in the accounting. The basic play date is an hour together, and we pay each other $100. If one person is working for the other, no difference, we pay each other $100.

This eliminates work as a concept in the funny economy. And if we do work, think of it as paying for the privilege of serving.
