Each group that gets together for a game party is also a little game economy. Members get a chance to trade their new stuff, make some money, and then at a certain point, see how much they have.
All players will update their catalogs, adding their new pages. Then the catalogs are pooled and a giant tally is made of the game economy.
This can be done many different ways. The most interesting is by topic. Catalogs will usually be organized by topic anyway. Agreeing on topics will be a noisy group process, and the topics may split or merge as the tally proceeds.
Under each topic, on a sheet of paper, the titles are listed, and how many copies or dollars for each. When done, the most popular titles and topics are announced. This gives the group a sense of where their economy is going. They can then take the most popular topic and make it the theme for the rest of the session, writing new pages developing the topic or suggesting titles and questions to work on later.
