It's tough building a new economy from scratch, but we can fill it with Kids' Currency information pages, describing what we want in our economy.
That's not such a bad idea. Things are getting so automated that in the future all we'll have to do is write down or select what we want, and the machines will make it and deliver it.
So we're just looking ahead a few years. Meanwhile, we're learning how to build the game economy.
Basically, we build an inventory of what we want in our game economy, the rules, stories, projects, visions, desires, offers and needs. We build by creating, copying, trading, printing off Web sites. And we want to spread as many copies as we can to build the economy.
After we've got a lot of Kids' Currency out there, we'll find more and more games to play with it, more and more things to do with it. The possibilities will multiply.
The name of the game is growth. We win by giving money away. And every week or so we take all our money to a game party and see how rich we are.
